I assume you have referenced the service manual regarding removal and installation? As I understand you have the new one installed, but it still is not working?
What is the condition of the mating shaft? The old one would not have gotten stuck for no reason so I assume the shaft must have some damage that would interfere with operation. Can you post a picture of the shaft?

Did you receive your new clutch as individual sprags or as an assembly? Putting one of those together from pieces and then inserting the springs is a monstrous job. If your new clutch is locked up in both directions then one or more of the sprags is reversed. Did you get a new outer race? How is the reactor shaft?

Hi I received it as a complete clutch held in grease it fell apart but I believe I have the parts fitted correctly. I removed any urrs on the shaft. As well. But no luck
