Found this over on the AACA Forums,
Link to the Craigslist ad, which says: "Rebuilt years ago 359 CI. Packard flathead straight eight Starter / bell housing/distributor/ / all included Great for a rat rod or dragster $300. 619-300-040six"  Seems like a great deal for the money!
