So, me and Jim bought a new fuel pump and I don’t think it will work for the Packard, could yall tell me if it will? Its smaller than the original one we had

I can't tell what it's from but it's definitely not the one you need. It has a different design and should be like the one below if your car is a 1951-1954. Also, when you do get the proper one, be sure to also use the insulator sleeves that go into the mounting holes along with the insulating fiber washers.

Are the sleeves used on a V8 as well?
