I started the car yesterday and heard a funny noise. Took a look and the power steering pump pulley was wobbling and hitting the pump bracket.
Turns out the bolt securing the pulley was gone.

Does anyone have a picture of the front of the pulley?

What size bolt was used and if there were flat & lock washers?

Check out parts plate 126 in the parts book for a photo. According to the parts list the pulley has a 5/16 - 18 x 3/4 bolt plus a flat and lockwasher. There is also mention of a key - probably something like a Woodruff key in a slot - on the shaft but that may be for the rotor. You can also check out the power steering training manual for service and repair details on the pump. Except for the engine bracket 54 pumps are essentially identical to the earlier late 52 and 53 pumps in use when the training manual was published..

According the Parts Book and the Part Plate for the Power Steering Pump here on the website for Group 15.864:

5/16-18 X 3/4 Bolt
5/16 Lock Washer
5/16 Washer
