Please add some context, was Bruce Blue a factory color? If it was on the car, pull a sample from remaining paint in a shaded area.

Bruce Blue Pearlite (metallic) was a factory color for 1934, Code F. it was offered on the Eight, Super Eight, and Twelve. Striping color specified was Old Ivory.

Not much help, but it is a Packard colour. In my parts list from 35-41 it is listed as 'Bruce Blue Pearlite' paint # L-109.
An on-line search came up with the below link:
forums.aaca.org/topic/223830-pearlite-paint-for-34-packard/

It shows the colour in close-up and indicates it was an early form of metallic. I hope this helps. If it is this hard to find any data on it, a good educated guess by a paint supplier and the site photo will get you close enough I would expect. Most of the people who would argue are no longer with us!
Have fun,
Bob J.

thank you all,
Yes Bruce Blue was a factory color in 34 and yes I believe the picture of the car that was sent was Bruce Blue
attached is a picture of the inside door jamb of my car (disregard the swatch being held against the jamb), this car was repainted a similar blue in the 90's but original color is seen throughout less exposed areas of the car
your thoughts?

Looks good to me, might as well match direct to the original interior paint. There is no better option available.
