Yes, no doubt the "gotta have it at any price" crowd will drive it to the stratosphere at the last second... I'll hazard a guess: $300+.

Must be the economy as it hasn't gone up all that much unless that one was in rough condition. Believe I paid around $300 for mine in very good condition and that was quite a few years ago. Actually, kind of depressing when you think about it. Another retirement idea shot out of the water.

I was really quite surprised on how 'little' someone someone paid for that! I have a pristine 1953 version and I paid much for for it years ago.

Yes, considering that each dealer had only one of perhaps two, they must be quite rare. Still, for us average schmos, it's a lot of money for what is a non-essential. Luckily sites like this one can provide the same information.
