I'm guessing it's a vintage photo. I believe the vantage point was near the corner of Argyle and Hollywood Blvd. I'd run down and check it out for you but I left L.A. over 25 years ago. Just looks like a really bad representation of a stretch limo to me. I guess it didn't attain the status of the Brown Derby, or the Randy's Donuts sign.

A familiar sight from the city I grew up in. 805 West Manchester Avenue Inglewood CA 90301

Right across the street from Zephyr Manufacturing where my granddad worked in the 30's amazing it is still in business along with Randy's doughnuts. Must be a lucky corner!

Guy, my apologies, I was referring to the giant Randy's doughnut. I have no idea on the giant Limo. Small world nonetheless!

Well, here's the front view, in case the model is loosely based on an actual limo. What could they possibly be advertising with it though, besides a limo service.
