Identification of a '29 Roadster?

Found the posts below in the Chatroom. As usual I will PM the poster, dukecpd, to have a look here for an answer.
[dukecpd] 10:54 am: We have photos of what appears to be a 1929 Packard roadster. Among other things, it has "St. Louis" on the front grille. The spare is mounted on the rear. Does this sound right? [dukecpd] 10:55 am: The side vent is louvered, not slotted. As well, I will suggest he posts the pic's here which will help in identification.
