Identification of a '39?

Found the post below in the Chatroom, As usual I will PM the poster, joenasta, to refer here for answers to his queries.
[joenasta] 11:26 am: I'm looking at a '39 4 door sedan numbers 1272-3086...I think it's a model 1703 but not sure. no spare mount on side. I can't find a model number. Can the model number be determined from 1272-3086? Thanks for your help. The condition is excellent...any thoughts on the value? My contribution would be to point Joe in the direction of the Model Info section here!

Guys - This is a 41, not a 39. The 39 has raised headlights and no horn grilles on the sides of the radiator.
