I'm traveling for business all this week, so will be out of pocket. Email and PM responses may take me a couple of days to process.

Regards

Welcome back. There must be a class in business or managers school on:
a)how to schedule meetings just before a holiday
b)order any outside tests or procedures so you can send clients to other departments during your departments lunch hour or near your quitting time
c) put in service calls late Friday afternoon for a problem that was noticed two or three days earlier.

My father was always out to do a short errand and then, of all times, Santa Claus came ...
Now it is clear: Kev is Santa!

Randy, you are one of the few who understand me. Here comes the next clear proof of the power of human logic.
