Webmaster Kev,

I suggest moving this to the post-war forum...

If you mean the minute hand to line it up, the hands are a press on fit and the clock will have to come out of the cluster to adjust them individually. The entire cluster can stay in place though.

The clock is held by 4 or 5 screws. It comes out of the cluster opening with some twisting and finesse. Here is one posters experiences on removal starting at about post 9 or 10.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb ... ic.php?post_id=78297#forumpost78297 This other thread has a few good pictures and gotchas to look out for when disassembling the clock. As others mention, pay attention to the method of attaching the adjust stem going thru the glass.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb ... ic.php?post_id=66446#forumpost66446
