Sorry, but for some reason PI was on the mind & I should have said the PAC news bulletin, not PI. The Cormorant News Bulletin is the monthly publication of Packard Auto club. PI is Packards International, and I believe theirs is quarterly.

That is good info and I am aware of trying to buy the best you can but I may be looking at something that may be not running or just running.

I don't think I need a senior car but the point of it being worth more at the finish is probably worthy of consderation.
