So far everything looks 100% but never say never. Car hasent ran for 40+ yrs and i got it fired yesterday. Blue smoke special. Hoping we will feel less blue in the next week or so.

That's not a starter relay but is for the power windows and power seat. and there is no modern crossover number that I know of with the same appearance.
Further information: The equivalent Packard part number is 472083. There is an NOS one one eBay at the present time.

It was my understanding that the originating question was about the "starting relay" which is part of the pushbutton electric shift, and not a "starter" (or started) relay associated with the starter motor, or with power windows or seats. The pushbutton shift starting relay does match the DR 1116895 is general appearance and # of terminals though whether it is the same or not I cannot say.
