Nice Patrician on the Minneapolis CL. I also found it in my local Des Moines CL but without a price. Sneak in there and get this one for $11,000.

I restore the car, and the car restores me.

Golden Hawk in kit form, pretty solid.
It seems odd that these cars bring more than many V8 Packards,
but I bet they move faster?

64avanti,
That just really made me laugh when I read your post about "another guy that sucks at CL." Maybe he'll figure it out when no one responds, I'd like to see pics of the engine and front seat but I guess I can't because I CAN'T contact the seller!!

Just saw this:

This 56 Patrician has been on Craigslist for a while. It seems like the price is right, and it is in good shape. If I needed a second Packard, I would be all over it.

Here is a 51 300, but with a 53 hood ornament. The car is in Boise Idaho and looks like it could be a nice driver for someone.

Hi

A Northeaster potpourri for your consideration:

1949's:
A 23rd Series Super Eight, 40K miles, nice:
http://cnj.craigslist.org/cto/5070825505.html

An elegant black Custom Eight, if its as good mechanically and in the interior as it looks, quite a bargain:

A '50 Eight, excellent driver for the price:
http://hartford.craigslist.org/cto/5027623384.html

A '53 Convertible project/parts car:
http://longisland.craigslist.org/cto/5056968535.html

A '53 Clipper Deluxe, stick with O/D, was blue:

A slick black '55 Patrician, 55K miles, gorgeous:

The '49 23rd Series isn't a Super Eight... it's a Deluxe Eight. Big difference in the 23rd series.
