It is a 1956 Executive hard top with a couple of interesting add-ons: a Caribbean hood and an aftermarket air conditioner in the trunk.

Another brand of aftermarket AC. Don't believe I have come across any other photos of that particular system. Be interesting to know if it was a national, regional or store brand.

Must say that has got to be one of the most unique ways of taking care of the rear seat speaker and one I have not seen before either.

HH,
I have seen 1 or 2 of the Pivot a/c systems from Memphis. I believe Henry's grandfathers 55 clipper had the same system.

I thought the same thing about the speaker placement when I first saw it.

Have never seen one before. The car is very early production so it may be a doublecheck on something that was giving them problems early on.

The tag is most likely to identify billing files, keys, or something like that. Harrah's used to do the same thing. Hang a little round tag with a number so they knew where the file on the car was located. So the tag here was probably for record keeping by the warehouse.

Not a limo. No divider window. And good luck getting 55k

37 body is a 36 and me and David have parts worth saving from it already. Fenders are garbage.
