This Clipper is actually pretty decent. It looks to be rather solid & straight. Maybe if you could get the local Tech school to blow some paint on it... Think it's worth 5K?

Based on a tiny chip on the door frame and what might be original over spray in the trunk, I'd guess French Blue as the original color. Since I'm guessing here, I'd also guess that the 'sidemount' is homemade.
