Twin-Six tools and Jack

Does anyone know what the content of the "tool roll" would have been for a 1916 Twin-Six? I'm looking for a list or pictures of what the included tools might have been and what they looked like. Also, pictures of what the jack might have looked like.

Can't help with the tools but if you can access a copy of the Parts List they normally listed which tools accompanied which model. It wouldn't be unusual for export models to have a more comprehensive tool kit. The earliest list I have for the Twin Six is 1921; about 25 different tools are listed for the Twin Six. Some of the tools had a very long run with Packard, I'm looking at the Packard blue print for 46706, a 5/8 x 9/16 open end wrench; print issued in 1913 and last updated under the same part number in 1930.

No mystery about the jack, it's pictured in the Reedy & Shaub book on Packard jacks. It's a mechanical rack & cog, "Packard" script cast into it, and made by the Buckeye Jack Company of Alliance, OH. Reedy graciously allowed me permission to scan and post from his book, see illustration below.

G'day Twin-Six,

I invite you to include your '16 Twin-Six, together with any other packards you may have, in the Packard Owner's Registry.

Yes, that jack and tool specialist at Hershey has had Packard script jacks on occasion, whether the same or just similar I couldn't say.
