Bill Hirsch used to have 'em. You could also try Kanters or Max or keep an eye on eBay.

Heres another question i think the hubcaps i have are for a 41 clipper not the 110. Everything i have been seeing and reading says the cap should say 110???
Heres a pic of what is on the car.

Not being picky but do you have a pic of them I think the ones on the car are wrong and for a clippper.....also in posts people are post the actual pics (unless im confusing another site) all i seem to be able to do is post a link. How do you post just a pic???

Not sure if it was common as special order but I've seen "de-modeled" Packard emblems and wheelcovers for other years so perhaps that's what yours are. For example, the hood side emblems for 1940 might have 110, 120 or just the Packard script without any model designation.
