Don't know the size lug a Twelve uses but for the immediate prewar Clipper and conventional body models plus the postwar models with 9/16-18 threads it is 85-95 ft/lbs.

Thanks for the answer i did put them at 80 but it felt not tight enough, so thats why i asked.
Will put them later today at 95-100.

Be sure to check the lug diameter first as the specification provided shouldn't be exceeded for the size described. Although I am barely online and can't look it up for you, there are charts giving standard torques for many bolt diameters and thread pitches.

Just curious, and off the topic a bit (but I do believe in tight lugs), did Packard have left hand threads on the driver's side? I know that Chrysler did that. Had a '65 Dodge that was baffling me until I recalled how Mopar over-engineered/thought some things like that.
Obviously, it's been awhile since I pulled a Packard wheel.

The threads are all same around by Packards.
The size of my nuts are 3/4

How many threads per inch? A 3/4" nut could be tightened considerable more that a 9/16" but it is also dependent on the pitch.

They are only 1.5 inch thread total. So thats looks kinda short. Will take one out and check how many windings.

The standard measurement is in threads per inch, not how many it has it's full length. For 3/4" it would be either 10 for course threads or 16 for fine threads, unless it's something special, and I would expect a lug for a wheel would be fine thread.
The range is considerable and based on modern steel grades so for Grade 2, which is the softest, the torque would be 138 while Grade 8, which is the hardest, the torque would be 315 according to online data charts. This really doesn't answer the question as I have no idea what the steel type was or even if the grading system was used then.
