First question is, are the doors locked?
If not, remove a door handle or the starter switch and bring them to a locksmith to get keys made. I don't remember if the 37 has a glovebox lock; if it does, then bring that for your trunk key. If not, either get a locksmith to pick the trunk open, or remove the rear seat and trunk lining and pop the latch from the inside.

Panic? Yes!
This car is a 120-C convertible coupe. It has a glove box lock and a trunk and rumble seat compartment lock. I never used any but the ignition key. I believe I had 4 keys with round heads, and another key or two, which may have been for a locking gas cap which the car may have had at one time. The glove box lock looks easy to get at. How difficult is it to remove the door handle, and do the lock cylinders have numbers on them? Does anyone have a bunch of Packard keys on a large ring? The Chevrolet dealer here used to have a about 60 keys on a ring, and I could find a key on it that would fit most GM cars from around 1950 up into the 1960s. I seen to remember that they told me about 1 in 20 keys would usually fit most GM cars of that era. ( I know of no other Packard owners in this immediate area)

I'm not familiar with the exact setup of one from that era. Can you remove some and post pictures? Sometimes there is a pinhole to depress a retaining wafer. Or sometimes come apart in a more obvious way.
Or just bring them to a locksmith unless you want to cut a key by hand. Which you can do... I've done it for my 55 Clipper and my uncle's 39 Buick.

I removed the door handle and it does have a pinhole, but I cannot insert a paper clip more than a fraction of an inch into it. Pressing on the paper clip feels like it is depressing a spring loaded device.

You need to be able to turn the cylinder in order to get it to the spot where it can be removed, so either a key that fits or trip to a locksmith. Note that GM for many years used the same Briggs & Stratton key blanks as Packard so that may be another possible source for keys to try.

I am going to try to locate a locksmith and have the door handle and some info in hand. It looks like some locksmiths today are electronics techs, and not actual locksmiths at all.
