The original kit for the 46-47 Clippers was the bumper jack and base plate, pliers, screwdriver and sparkplug wrench packed in an elongated triangular cardboard box. There are a couple of nice pictures of it in Don Reedy and Danny Shaub's book Packard Automobile Company - Tools and Jacks. See the Packard bookshelf for details on this handy book.
The authors have given me permission to publish occasional pictures from their book; here's the page that covers your question. There is also a picture of the decal for the jack.
