Have you tried Max or Kanter? They both advertise having blades for 48-50 models. Expensive compared to aftermarkets though so I would hope it is the correct item. The ones Max provided for my 47 were a perfect match to the arm.
I don't know how the 50 attachments compare to 54 but there is a listing in the xref body section for a 54 replacement blade.

1948 to 1954 Packards all used the same style of wiper arm to wiper blade connection which was referred to by Trico as a wrist action type.

Here is the Trico recommendation for a 1950 Packard Deluxe 8:
Trico Classic Looks like it would require an adapter between the wiper blade and the end of the wiper arm.

Here is the Trico 33-122 blade from the xref another poster said works functionally for 54 but not being chrome is maybe an issue for you.

Other than Ficken Wiper Service who has some blades but doesn't really specialize in blades, here's my first "go-to" guy for blades. He's an especially good source for the original RB-12 blades used on my 56 Caribbean. These particular blades are also used on a lot of Corvettes and thus are usually in tight supply, his current RB-12 blades are currently original metalwork with new rubber blades. Give him a try and let us know how you make out.
