For the upper radiator hose I use Napa NBH 7694. You'll have to shorten it but otherwise it is a good replacement.

Believe all the PS pumps Packard used were mfg by Eaton. Bendix and Monroe cylinder assys. For the V8 power steering filter, Napa FIL 1653 fits.napaonline.com/en/p/FIL1653 The same filter is available for less $$ under other numbers at various stores.
I ran into an interesting situation when changing my 56 filter. Would be curious if yours shows a similar issue or wear pattern. In that same thread showing photos of what I found are posts with some links to the filters you can buy online for less $$ than over the counter at Napa.

I don't know what year and model Packard you're asking about, I'm guessing its a V8; following are the NAPA belt numbers from some years ago. These numbers are now obsolete but a NAPA store should be able to cross them to the current numbers.
Generator/fan: NAPA 25 7570 Power Steering: NAPA 25XL 10603 When all else fails, measure the needed length of belt with a piece of string and take the measurement to the parts store, a good counterman will come up with the correct size.

Thanks guys, you just saved me time looking all over the net
none of my local auto parts store even list a Packard any longer... NaPa does carry a rebuild kit for the Rochester Carb... I was going replace the hoses to the PS, but then remembered I'm going to try and install a hydo boost unit.. so the I'll wait until I get it installed.. I hope Thanks again guys.. Best BTY, My car is a 56 400.. and the PS filter was original and does not look bad at all.. it is not collapsed, shows no signs of any damage... I think I should apologize for asking these questions, I just got lazy.. I have an original Packard Service Manual for the 55\56 Senior I also have printed out a list of parts that Craig had put our from his Panther project... Thanks Craig This morning I got my manual out and went through it and found the info I was looking for... I had taken the manual apart years ago to scan into my computer so, it would always be easy to find info.. anyway Thanks to everyone who had input. Best

Do yourself a favor, buy your carburetor kit from Daytona Parts down in Florida, it's a premium product.

Don't know which models it applies to, but some of the post war radiator hoses had a spiral wire inside to prevent it from collapsing.

The spiral wire should be only in the lower hose. The upper is a return to the radiator so does not need it.
