Because I am having difficult time with your imbedded video I can only assume it is the 2009 DVD by Lucken Productions. A short is here:youtube.com/watch?v=kk8bAeXxJ0o So it has been out for 5 years now and advertised for sale in the PAC publications.

The film maker came to a show at the PPG and filmed Packards there.

My 1954 Cavalier still has the Window Sticker from that gathering.

The man who restored it drove it to Warren OH to the meet and back to home in Phoenix AZ.

And I drove it to work just yesterday.

I will watch that video and see if it shows up.
