For 425 I'd be calling not emailing. But maybe ur emails going to his spam folder on accident.

Wow, I've always had good experiences with Tuscon Packard, they did a really nice (and fast) rebuild of my brake master and booster, I'm surprised you're having this experience. I'd recommend a phone call, too..or maybe an e mail from a different addy, yours might be swept into their spam folder. Lastly, if you put this charge on a card, call the bank and file a complaint, they should refund the $425 pending investigation. Nothing gets you attention like the bank stepping in an taking the money back from them.

You need to call them. I just emailed them to alert them of this thread so they could do something about it and take care of their customer...and my email came to me, as if I'd sent myself an email. The programming on their website email contact page is screwed up. You might mention that to them when you call.
