Ok so I have a 1937 115 touring sedan 1082. What is the difference between my car and the 115 sedan???

I think the short answer is "trunk space"!

A Touring Sedan has a visible trunk bulge whereas the back of a Sedan sweeps down in a slender curve.

And....... for including your '37 Six Touring Sedan in the Packard Owner's Registry.

Yea I was going over the two and could not tell the difference. Then I would assume the touring sedan would of came with a luggage rack? I know they were options back then. I'm trying to find as much info on the 115 I'm restoring. I need the bumper extension brackets and have had no luck locations anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

As was stated above, the factory named touring sedan has a hump on the trunk but in common terms it's often referred to just as a sedan. You will see photos of the touring sedan referred to both as the touring sedan and the sedan.

The sedan is very very scarce

a touring sedan would typically not have a trunk rack because it already had a larger built in trunk

The extended bumper brackets are a necessity for mounting a trunk rack setup. I used to have them reproduced, but my metalworker won't do any more, plus each year and model almost always have differences, typical Packard...
I have a pair that would explain the difference/dimensions if it would help, basically about 5" longer than your non-trunk rack supports, plus the holes to mount the rack brackets. At this point, I do not sell anything but complete rack setups because I have to piece them together over the years. Some people simply resort to welding extensions to regular supports and drilling the necessary holes...
