This radiator was at the shop where I had my work done. He knows its Packard, but unclear its year. Any ideas?

With the extended filler neck facing rearwards but centered or even biased towards the passenger side, it's not one that I recognize. No McCord tag with # on it?

No, but since Modine is still in the business, have you considered contacting them? Sometimes you get lucky and get a customer service rep willing to go out of his or her way to find info.

Inlet & outlet appear same as 47 Custom but not the cap. Would anything late 30's early 40's having the upper core support rods have used that type filler?

HH, I was about to say it was for a 20th or 21st Series Clipper Super 8 until I saw the cap neck. I think the cap and neck would be in the way of top mounted support rods.

Looks like it could be for a 22nd Series Custom 8. I just checked one and it has the same inlet, outlet and filler arrangement. The tag says Modine AD 4890L019
