I have a 37 120 and it's interior light just pulls down straight. No turning required. It is held by friction only. I have put a pic here to show what it looks like. Maybe your 36 is simular. Don

On my '36 120b touring sedan, I just pull the lens straight down to remove it. Same as the '37.

Thanks again found out mine turns and has bayonet pins like a bulb that has to line up twist and turn and it is off.
