Since you say Monroe or Bendix assume you are asking for a 55-6 pulley and you are correct that it is not specific to the system. Part number is 455815 and if no one on the forum has something to offer you might contact Packards Southwest in San Diego, CA, Mike Dulinski in Minnesota, or Tucson Packards. They should have used.

Ah, that is the add-on crank pulley. Yes, all V8 PS would have the same piece.

If no one closer to you has one, I can probably find a good one.
FWIW, because they're a metal stamping, they often get bent while the engine is being pulled/stored. jack vines
