Next week I will be up in Portland, OR (Beaverton actually) for a few days and have some free time on Wednesday between 12-5pm. If any Packard folks are around and want to get lunch or kick tires. Please let me know.

Kevin - isn't the guy with dozens of parts cars in that area.....you know, the guy who blasted a bunch of responses on parts wanted, etc here and on craigslist and hasn't been heard from since? Supposedly most years from 40-54, heavy on the 48-54....I never heard back from a couple communications, but I still think a lead worth a recon mission. I think he had a transmission 39Super8 was interested in, and maybe a certain visor still on the list...

Along that same vein, has anyone had any recent dealings with Packard Seattle Company/David Moe? I've had 3 or 4 calls into him over the past 2-3 weeks and no replies. Kinda strange way to run a business...

David has always been a straight shooter with me and never had an issue. I would email him, he seams to respond within 24hrs.

Yes, I have spoken with David within the last month. He returned my call in the evening. I think he may have a day job.

BigKev,

What about Tuesday night? I'd like to invite you as the surprise guest to the Packards of Oregon monthly meeting which starts at 7:30 meeting, but most get there around 6 PM for dinner.

I could pick you up and drop you off. If it's nice weather it would be in a Packard

David Moe is a good guy, but does return phone calls on a regular basis. However I find a lot of business ran that way.

Except my friend Portlandon's T-bird biz. Too bad they don't sell Packard parts.

Sure, Kev,
My office is there. The Duchess is there in a couple of places. Where will you be?
Joe
PS If any one sees David Moe, ask him to call or email me, he has my number and my list, because I'm trying to finish this project asap. Like the former CEO of BP, I want my other life back.
