I'm not sure what it's called. I'm new to Packards. It's a two door.

I don't know how to flip the picture.

If you can see this in the correct orientation, then rotation issue when uploading photos in the forum is fixed.

I can see it fine.

I can also see that I have a lot of work to do on the old girl.

Under the hood on the cowl, there should be a rectangular Packard "body tag". (Drivers side on top.) On there will be the model info, in the form of a number. The series and model and sequence number. XXYY- xxxx or XXYY-5-xxxx.
You can look that up on this site in the model info. Packards go by series not necessarily year.
It's a "club sedan" for sure, but which "year" is still at ?. They sold left over '49s as '50s and they made new '50s.
The '49 will have a 23 in the number. A 23 series '50 a -5- in between - same interior trim. A '50 will start with 24 and is changed.
From the looks of things, the doors have been replaced or repaired as the belt line trim is missing and no holes showing. I suspect it's a deluxe "XX65" The door panel pix are below.

The car is a 23rd series, whether or not a later 49 or 50.
The two door panels shown are the Deluxe Eight and Standard Eight. The upper one with the stitching hilights and the chrome piece in the woodgrain garnish is the Deluxe. The lower shot with the stainless hoop in the panel but no accent in the garnish is the Standard Eight. At least that's the way the 22nd series cars are.
The vinyl at the bottom is a "wiped" or "Spanish" grain, brown with black in the grain. I'd found a good match years ago in modern upholstery vinyl.

The seat upholstery gets confusing, at least to me. The usage may change from 22nd to 23rd series. There is tri-color houndstooth and a striped broadcloth. I think there are modern wools that come close to the striped material. i do not know of anything very close to the houndstooth.

I got those pictures a long time ago, online, when I was researching my '49 2365. I must have looked at over a thousand.
Reportedly, one is a 49 23 series, the one with the three embossed lines. That's the same as my car - "deluxe".
The chrome accent one was listed as a leftover '49 aka 50. "-5-" I don't think it said what model. I have a '50 interior picture, but the door panel wasn't shown. It was for the headliner.
He wanted some pictures, he got them. The trim codes and the corresponding materials are in the parts list. Once he sorts out what he has, he can go from there. i had a tough time finding the correct materials but have them.

your pictures clearly show the difference. If the data plate is missing, looking at the window garnishes should tell. Also, at least in the 22nd series, the Deluxe has a stainless trim above the windows on the outside and the Eight does not.
