Hi

First, a magnificent '37 Super Eight convertible sedan, be setting down when you read the price:
http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/cto/5515049453.html

A '37 120 convertible sedan project, disassembled, pricey:
http://delaware.craigslist.org/cto/5518160125.html

Two '40 120 sedan projects, get both to make one:

http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/5498099157.html

A couple of '49 Free-Flow Styled, ready to enjoy:

http://newhaven.craigslist.org/cto/5498712167.html

Finally, another lovely green convertible, a '53 Caribbean:

Steve

Just an observation: its amazing how many advertised cars look great outside, but open the hood....what a neglected, dirty mess!

Proud 1953 Clipper Deluxe owner. Thinking about my next Packard, want a Clipper Deluxe Eight, manual shift with overdrive.

The 37 super 8 is a nice car, I'm not too fond of the green that they used, I think it should of been darker. Price is high but I don't think he's of the mark that far.

I may be mistaken, but believe this is the same car that did not sell in 2014 at the Mecum auction here in Austin. I think it got bid up to $22.5k. Next time I saw it was at the 2015 Salado meet where the asking price was $25k. Now it is going to be at the LSR for $30k. I have noticed that each time it looks better. The owner has made some appearance improvements. No OD as I recall. It is a nice car.

(o{}o)

Looked for the car at the Roundup, but did not see it. Not surprising as there must have been a thousand vehicles at the Expo Center on Friday. Maybe it was out for a test drive? Did see one other Packard there for sale, a '38 Six Coupe. It looked very nice and stock on the exterior and interior, but it had been street rodded with a SBC and GM TH trans.Packard script on the valve covers.
