That 41 160 1472-2045 looks like Albert's car. Albert got the car from someone in his family around 1978. I got it running for him enough for him to take it home and think about what to do with it. I don't know who took the pieces off but they can be put back on and it will look almost exactly the same as when I had it.

This body was not "built" for any particular person, it is a catalog factory stock design called a Victoria. Body engineers make the specs for each body style.

A leather interior in a closed car is unusual but not unheard of, it may have been special ordered
