Noice! They also have firewall covering. Go look for that black rubber material that they will cut to length that comes in rolls. It’s maybe used for topping off stairs etc. got these little groove lines in it. Works great! And looks fine.

Does anyone have a listing/link for the correct style of non-pressurized radiator cap that was used?
The currently has a gas cap in place of the radiator cap.

I believe I might have one, will have to look...but let me know if you find something modern cause they rust like no other....even when I've painted them.

Does anyone know what the original style number for the caps is? R-2? Something like that.

Got mine at a flea market and has no part number but fits great, turns out it is used on newer Volkswagens. There is one for sale on eBay and has a nice pair of photographs for reference, even has the correct 300593 part list number:
eBay item number:203631513730 At $34.99 he is not too bad on price either. Bob J.

Thanks all for the replies. I found an Everseal R2 on eBay for $9. It's on the way to me.

Can someone with a 37 115 or 120 take a few pictures of the throttle linkage from the pedal to carb.
None of the original is in the car and the current setup was patched together as a temporary solution which needs to me replaced with something more stout and proper geometry. I'm hoping that I maybe able to find and rework the original Packard setup. If not, then adapt it to cable driven cable. But first I need yo see what an original one looks like and see if there will be clearance issues with the Jag motor.

I bet that the original one will not work with the Jag as you have made a large tub in the firewall. I have made a smaller one too but it still has the original crash box so it clears.
Here is mine. Only the portion on the toe plate as I will need to make the linkage up to the 327 4V carb. I have it from disassembled to installed: Attach file: Accelerator Linkage 2.JPG (320.34 KB) Accelerator Linkage 3.JPG (237.00 KB) Accelerator Linkage 4.JPG (133.38 KB) Accelerator Linkage 5.JPG (87.40 KB) Accelerator Linkage 6.JPG (167.67 KB) Accelerator Linkage 7.JPG (487.42 KB)

Bob, thanks, that's helpful. Do you have a picture of it on the car with the motor in place?
I'm imagining the Jag motor is sitting higher and further back than the Packard motor I am sure clearance would have been an issue.
