Can someone confirm this story about a 33 club sedan being rebodied with a 32 body? Is it legit or kinda a mongrel?

I would wonder how many "mongrel" cars might have been done back in the day. The depression era service letters have several bodies wanted or for sale pieces. Here are some of them in no particular order. I would imagine as long as a body would fit a chassis it might not matter as much if the year combination was incorrect as long as the customer was happy.

Seller lists it as a Caribbean...No drivetrain and lots of rust.
