To be, your link doesn't work; here's the correct link:

If no one responds your friend could use Road Ready Inspections. I've used them three times in the past and have been completely pleased with their service. I've made arrangement to discuss the inspection with the inspector afterwards on the phone, which they have arranged without any problems.

If your friend would like to see what their report might look like, PM me an email address and I'll send them one that I received from them. I've also ask that certain areas be inspected before the inspection (e.g. trunk under any carpets, under carriage for rust, function of convertible top, torsion leveler system on a '55 Caribbean, etc.), which they have done. In one case they missed several areas and when I questioned what had happened, they sent another inspector out too redo it.

Hi

First, a '41 Clipper, 81K miles, looks good for the price:
spokane.craigslist.org/ctd/d/1941-packard-clipper/6399172034.html

Next, two Cavaliers:
A '53,dark blue, nice presentable condition:
portland.craigslist.org/clc/cto/d/1953-p ... d-cavalier-for-sale/6383465155.html

Finally, a '54, 50K miles, well-preserved original:
denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/1954-packard/6370816597.html

Thought about holding this one back for myself, but I can't act on it currently. I spend a few weeks each year in this area with my sister and brother-in-law. Its in the upper Arkansas river valley, low humidity means the sheet metal and especially pot-metal chrome survives in great, un-pitted condition. If you are considering a late Contour, you could do a lot worse than this car.

Steve

That Lincoln/Packard is really in your face. But if you like that one, get a load of this thing that ran in Hemmings:

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

Hi

That ghastly Mitsubishi monstrosity reminds me of the "1928 Porter" ginned up for the short-lived (for good reason) TV show "My Mother The Car".

Back to our program in progress:
A '39 120 parts car, decent-looking sheet metal:
desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/d/1939-packard-8/6367271200.html

Two more '53 Cavaliers:
Bright aqua, looks nice though old photos, a bit pricey:
duluth.craigslist.org/cto/d/1953-packard-sedan/6356404179.html

A parts car, no motor or transmission, will part out:
fargo.craigslist.org/cto/d/packard-clipper-4-door/6367982127.html

Steve

Almost forgot: A handsome '56 Patrician, A/C, frame-off restoration:

I'll play the how do they do it game on the Minneapolis Packard with AC. Wonder if those are pre resto photos or if AC in Minnesota means rolling the windows down.. I see no evidence of a factory in dash, aftermarket under dash or a trunk unit -- nor a compressor to run any combination thereof. Not sure Packard would approve of the brown interior with the black exterior either.
