I Realized last night what a saving grace this site is as I struggled to unsuccessfully try and remove my rear hubs.
I realize I need to adjust the stat wheel but can't figure out how even after ready the service manual which says to "remove the adjusting hole covers From the backing plate" but don't know which bolts to remove to do so. Any help in getting this hub off is greatly appreciated!!!

The adjustment hole is just a oblong cutout in the back of the backing plate. Most of the times, the cover is missing. If not, it either a sheetmetal or rubber plug that just snaps into the hole to help keep water and debris out.
The hole is just a bit bigger than the end of the brake spoon.

Also, if you look at my project block, I cover removing the rear brakes. My car is essentially the same as yours.

@BigKev - would you happen to recall the page number or month/year you the rear brakes appear in your thread?
I've been searching through but haven't come Across it yet but, while doing so I found a link you posted for Light bulbs to be used after a 12v conversion - the link was dead and I'm wondering if you recall where the link led to? I am soon doing a 12v conversion and this would help a bunch, thanks!

Are there really good reasons to convert to 12v? I did it once and regretted it so be sure to really research it. As for bulbs, a Google search will pull up lots of sources,

IMO the only valid reason for a conversion to 12 volt is the addition of aftermarket AC.

1. can use a new universal wiring harness to rewire all that old wiring.
2. alternator 3. trips to autozone are much easier 4. modern headlights that put out WAY more light 5. modern electronics for the spark tons of reasons to convert to 12v. I LOVE that my 37 is on 12v. this is obviously not going to be a concours car (even saying that I went to one with the 12v conversion and got 2nd place).
