I just added a 1953 Clipper Deluxe to the registry but I do not see how to edit it. I haven't owned it for decades so, of course, I did not include myself as the owner so maybe that was the mistake!

Forgot  to say  for including the '53 Clipper in the Registry.I did catch the '53 Patrician Touring Sedan you added and can say for including it in the Packard Vehicle Registry

I have added "PackardDon" as the owner. But.....being just a typed-in entry I doubt it will link back to you on the Site. Might require BigKev performing some digital gymnastics to fix this. In the meantime for the "several changes to make over time", please PM or Email those to me and I'll make them on your behalf.

Thank you. I think that the Status has to be set for me as Current Owner although I'm not sure if that's something you can do. I really want to be able to make my own edits so BigKev, can you assist please? On others that I need to add, I'll be sure to keep "ownership" until I'm all done.

Yes, once a car is marked as sold, the record become locked from editing. Only then Mal and I can make changes. But we can change it back to you being the current owner, and then you'll be able to edit it again. This is a safety to maintain information, versus someone coming later and blanking out information for whatever reason.

I fully understand and thought of it only after I pressed the Save button, knowing full well that I needed to find and add a photo and locate the engine number. I asked years ago about adding these but at the time it was deemed unnecessary so glad to finally be able to plug in this little bit of history.
