In a pallet of Packard V8 parts were this NOS set of non-V8 valves. Anyone recognize these as I6/I8 Packard valves?

They are 5.89" long, with a .3395" stem diameter. This is .0045" under 11/32"

intakes (only 7) 1.800" head diameter
exhausts (set of 8) 1.435" head diameter

The exhausts have a p/n S1813 stenciled on the head. From the Egge catalog, this p/n would be for:
PACKARD 6 / 245 CI, 1947-1948
PACKARD, 8 / 288 CI, 1951-1954
PACKARD 8 / 327 CI, 1951-1954
PACKARD, 8 / 359 CI, 1954

For whatever reason, Egge doesn't offer intake valves, so I can't get any info there and there's no identification mark whatever on the intakes.

Does anyone know for sure what I've got here?

Valve dimensions are provided in the Service Counselors where one issue was devoted to specifications for each series.

From Vol. 24 No. 1 for the 24th Series:

288 and 327 Cu. In.

Length 5-7/8"

Stem Dia. Intake .3417" Exhaust .3398"

Head Dia. Intake 1-43/64" Exhaust 1-7/16"

Thanks for the info. Everything looks like it could work other than the intake head diameter. Those I have are definitely 1.800" and 1-43/64 is 1.67188" or 1/8" smaller.

Anyone ever heard of oversize intakes? Or maybe did the 356" have larger intakes?

The 356 intakes had the same head diameter as the 288 and 327, just longer overall length

Thanks for all the help. The 1.800" intake head diameter seems to be an unusual item. Anyone building a PanAmerican Road Race engine?

I don't have the documents before me but the 359 engine of '54 had larger intakes.

Valve Sizes, the larger ones listed are for Senior models (359 motor). From the 1954 Salesmen Fact book
