The Kish brothers and I went to Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio for their annual Studebaker/Packard show. There were more Packards there this year than any previous year.
The last Packard there was Yesterday's Radio - he came in late.

Wow, I'm impressed! I've attended this show in the past and have always hoped to see a better turnout of Packards. Do you have any idea what brought out such a strong showing this year?

Very nice. Not often you see that many 57-58's in one spot -- and nice looking ones too.

We had a great day and lots of different type of cars They put on a nice show think they said almost 40 packards as some did not register The gray car with with our art work was for donation you could leave message on car in chalk nice idea to raise money.

Brian Harpst showed up and we had good conversation. This cruise was close enough for him to drive over. Bob Zimmerman and the elder Gearing(sp) was there also. Some Packards left early and I didn't get a chance for a picture. I heard Bob Gibbs was there, but didn't see him. Didn't see Cortcomp either. Had good conversation with Pacman Don.

Scott, I was pleasantly surprised by the turnout. Don't know why but maybe word is just getting spread around.
