I am not familiar with that model Packard, so a guess would be golf clubs?
I hope you bring it to the Texas Packard Meet in Salado. I like to see the older cars.

G'day antiquecarman,
to PackardInfo. Here in Australia we're having our Packard National Rally starting on Sunday and a 1919 Twin Six is expected to be there. I'll try and remember to ask the owner about your query and post an answer if I get one. But, in the meantime, I invite you to include your '21 Twin Six in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo!

Dear antiquecarman:
That car should have a set of side curtains and those compartments used for stowing the support rods.

Thanks,
I have no side curtains or rods.I hadn't thought about stowing the rods in there. The compartments are certainly not large enough to house the curtains.Sure would like to see pics of the contents.

Dear antiquecarman:
Packard usually put the curtains behind the front seat, but all the car makers back then loved to put compartments all over their cars and yours may have been lost along the way. Try one of the museums for a facsimilie set. You may be able to borrow a set to copy. I have a picture of a 14 and a 22 with the curtains installed, but I don't have a scanner. I knew an old timer - Charlie Clancy - and come winter the curtains went up on his Caddy 12 and stayed there until spring.
