Kanters and others sell a reprint of the 1949 owner's manual though whether it's for the 1949 22nd series or the 1949 23rd series is a question. If it's for the 23rd series then it's essentially a 1950 owner's manual. A call to Kanters or the other literature vendors who sell that reprint should clear it up.
