The pic below shows your ID in line 1 and mine in line 2. The ID of -> one of our new members (randomly selected) can be seen in line 3 and -> another one (randomly selected) in line 4. Between line 1 and 2 are more than two years, between line 3 and line 4 are three days.
The ID is visible at the bottom of the screen after position the mouse pointer over the user name. Attach file:  (9.87 KB)

Those numbers are just index positions in the database. Basically the website gets hit daily with "ROBOTS" trying to create bogus accounts, so when a registration starts, it creates a place holder for them in the database. But if they never finish the registration, or are not approved, then they are not actually a user. But that placeholder keeps incrementing .
Actual count is 5,846 registered users.

Kev,
I've been using this drop down User list of member names in the PM section when I've been updating the Owner Registry - Time to get on board! thread. Last time it gave me 6191, but now it's 5837. Did you do a clean up?
