to PackardInfo and for including your '38 Super Eight Touring Sedan in the Packard Owner's Registry.

And a couple of comments - 1) There's little detail about the car. In fact even the model it is, is not identified, could you at least add that information? 2) The photo you used is only 26k in size and has lost a lot of definition in filling the area designed for a larger photo. Rather than a thumbnail could you substitute a larger photo of your Packard please?

EDIT 10th January AEDT - Hans for 1) Better I/D'ing the car, and 2) The much bigger photo. Looks like a solid car.

Only just realised you've included the photo above in Post #581. So presuming it's your Packard, my question is, do you want to include it in the Packard Owner's Registry? If it is, please follow the steps in the FAQ accessible from the link in my signature.

I keep waiting for it to be delivered by my friend. But things keep coming up on his end. As soon as I get here I'll include it in the registry. I want to make sure what the model number is on it. I know it is a 4 dr sedan, but not whether it is a deluxe or touring.

It appears to be a 200 Touring Sedan (1401). The 200 Deluxe models had a bright metal strip over the door windows, which your Packard does not show. Welcome!

Also the deluxe has rear wing vent Windows that open just like the ones on the front window.
