Photo is probably was too large to replace. So I had to do a swap behind the scenes. New one is up there now.

Here is a Packard A/C Advert from August 24th, 1940 edition of The Saturday Evening Post. I scanned this from an original that is part of the massive collection of original advertising from Fred Mauch.

I'm looking at those pictures of that 41 LeBaron and either it is a different car or that Packard museum is crazy. When I was there is 2002 it was outside. The windshield had a New Jersey State Inspection sticker from 1967. So it was on the road in 1967. It was Barola Blue. It was reasonably sound and I told one of those people they should at least put it under cover. The doors and all sorts of parts were scattered outside. It looked like a misguided project gone wrong on a decent car. The response was so stupid I left and never thought of the place again.

You took some excellent pics of the US Navy 1941 Packard 160 with air conditioning.

Were they taken at Kerrville?
