If you haven't already tried Kanter Auto Parts for the water pump and other parts, that's where I'd start my search.
Just looking at the photos, it appears someone has substituted bolts for some of the original cylinder head studs.

I have two NOS Distributor caps for a 6 cyl. Packard. The box is NAPA though not sure it is original to the cap. They are for 426, 433, 526, 533 Packard. The box says also fits DuPont. Don't know if they are the same as '23. Can send pictures if you are interested. John
