Well you know how it goes, a friend of yours that knows you have a Packard figures you know all there is about Packards, even 47 Packard Marine Engines since I own a couple go 47 Packards. So I said I would ask around. The carburetor already came back taken apart by someone that was suppose to fix it. We all know how that goes.
So here's my question, does anyone know of a good reliable person/ company that can repair a Stromberg SFM-5 Updraft Carburetor?

p.s. If it was a Carter I would take it on but never worked on a Stromberg and I don't have any documentation.

When Daytona Parts was still in the business of rebuilding, they did quite a few Stromberg updrafts for Packard Marine engines for a friend of mine. Now with them out of the picture, you might try the Carb Doc. He's a regular over on the AACA forums.
