I've been trying to add an avatar. But I get kicked out faster than my ex wives kicked me out.

What am I doing wrong? It says my pictures are too big. I've tried to make them smaller. No dice. I still get the boot.

It has been a while, but I seem to remember a size of 100 x 100 Pixels, may have been up to 200

Think you also want a JPG file and remember that "big" is not just physical size, but the size of the file, smaller or tiny being faster to load on a website.

I notice on the bottom of this page that several different file types are supported here at least.

I can't figure it out. I'm computer illiterate.

Yeah. The Ace of Spades wouldn't be my first choice.
But it worked. So that's what it is.
