Wish I had seen those Brass Era ones when I was there. I did spend a good amount of time looking over the 1914 48 in the Packard Museum tent in "Packard row" of the flea market.

I did take a few pics of the 1914 Model 48 owned by the Packard Museum. I will post them later. It is quite a car. Hard to believe just how big it is. I think it was the biggest Packard ever produced.

Yes, very beautiful and also very large considering it seats only 3-4.

Great video of the 1914 448 owned by the Packard Museum. Much better than my still photos. Here is another one I want to share. It is a 1931 845 with a custom convertible coupe body by LeBaron that was one of the lots in the Sotheby auction. This unique Packard features a disappearing top and a large trunk area instead of the usual rumble seat. According to the auction catalog, the convertible top design was copied by Packard for the 1932-1934 coupe roadsters. The car sold for $165,000, including commission.
Here is a link to the catalog listing for this car with much better photos than the one I took. You can also use the link to navigate through the catalog to see the other vehicles included in this year's Hershey auction. rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/hf22/hershey/ ... onvertible-coupe-by-lebaron/1245914
