When I needed one for my '34 years ago I was unable to find a source and am not aware of one today. if you can't find a source just buy some stainless steel screen mesh of the proper count from an industrial supplier like MSC or McMaster and cut a circle slightly larger in OD than the horn opening. It will achieve the convex shape as you form it to fit.
Though it's a slightly coarser mesh and black, you could also buy premade horn screens for early Fords from the Model A sources. They will be slightly oversize and need a bit of trimming. You'll want to paint to simulate the original plating.

I like this site for model A parts. They have a screen mentioned by Owen.
